Over the Christmas holidays, believers from several towns are able to reach out to their communities and other towns with Christmas gifts from Operation Christmas Child.  These shoebox gifts contain toys, candy, school supplies, socks, a cap, and other goodies for children.  Gifts are distributed at preschools, orphanages, refugee centers, and churches.  Children ranging from under two years old to teenagers are happy recipients of these gifts.

Along with the gift, children receive booklets that tell the story of the Greatest Gift - Jesus Christ.  Some who give out gifts are also able to present the Gospel story in plays, songs, and messages to the people gathered.  The Good News of Jesus' life, death and resurrection is the best gift.

One worker wrote, "You can't have a birthday celebration without the people to celebrate.  Our prayer for all of these people (who hear the message) is that He would be born in their hearts."

Pray for Serbs who receive Christmas gifts to accept and receive the Greatest Gift of all - salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.  Pray for many to celebrate!
